I visited this “casa de pueblo” just before Xmas in the lovely little village of #Bolulla, (#Alicante) located about 20 minutes drive from the coast of #Altea. The property is currently lived in but needing an update, plus the top floor needs to be finished (either opened up or closed in).   So today being the “Day of Asturias”  #diadeasturias , I’ve come up with a pretty home in Asturias, i n a village called Soto del Barco  located by the Rio Nalon and close to the beaches of San Juan de la Arena . The property is priced at 96,000€ plus purchase taxes, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all in pretty good condition. Not my property listing but delighted to help, it’s a lovely part of  #Spain !
