So today being the “Day of Asturias” #diadeasturias, I’ve come up with a pretty home in Asturias, in a village called Soto del Barco located by the Rio Nalon and close to the beaches of San Juan de la Arena. The property is priced at 96,000€ plus purchase taxes, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all in pretty good condition. Not my property listing but delighted to help, it’s a lovely part of #Spain!

Happy New Year!  I visited this “casa de pueblo” just before Xmas in the lovely little village of  #Bolulla , ( #Alicante ) located about 20 minutes drive from the coast of  #Altea . The property is currently lived in but needing an update, plus the top floor needs to be finished (either opened up or closed in).
