So I’ve had a few days mini-vacation and been a bit quiet of late but came across this listing this morning as it was profiled in the online edition of the Alicante newspaper Informacion and yes, the price is really 2,500 Euros. The property (project) is located in Asturias, in a town called San Tirso de Abres. The vendors confirm that the property measures 72 sq.meters over two floors with a small garden to the front. 2,500 Euros........
