Delighted with some of the feedback and comments I received following yesterday’s post. So today we are going inland to #Albacete province and the town of #Alcaraz where I came across a finca property with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a small plot of land, located in the pretty #SierradeAlcaraz. Perfect to get away from it all as this is a remote spot, relatively close to the #Cazorla Natural Park. The house needs some finishing off work but a bargain I think at 40k. It does have an interior patio with dip pool to cool off in the long hot summer months. Not my listing but let me know if I can help

Here’s a cosy little townhouse in Xativa  in the Valencia  region, a town with a very rich history and castle to prove it. The property has been almost entirely reformed, it’s distributed over three floors with a kitchen and lounge plus guest wc on the ground floor, a bedroom with shower room in the first floor and then another bedroom leading to a roof terrace on the upper floor. As well as culture, I always remember great food on trips to Xativa so not to be missed.

Happy New Year!  I visited this “casa de pueblo” just before Xmas in the lovely little village of  #Bolulla , ( #Alicante ) located about 20 minutes drive from the coast of  #Altea . The property is currently lived in but needing an update, plus the top floor needs to be finished (either opened up or closed in).
