Xativa, Valenica - 40,000 €

Here’s a cosy little townhouse in Xativa  in the Valencia  region, a town with a very rich history and castle to prove it. The property has been almost entirely reformed, it’s distributed over three floors with a kitchen and lounge plus guest wc on the ground floor, a bedroom with shower room in the first floor and then another bedroom leading to a roof terrace on the upper floor. As well as culture, I always remember great food on trips to Xativa so not to be missed.
