Montefrio in Granada is a stunning spot so when I saw this I had to share it. However first and foremost this is a bank owned property with limited access to the interior, it does not present the same as a nicely furnished home, but look at the price 55,200€ in one of the most sought after locations in rural Andalucia. The property will need some work but measures 90 sq. meters per floor with two levels plus a storage area and pool, on approx 2000 sq. meters of land. Again, I stress, a bank owned property so it will not be connected to utility services, and you will need to invest money but such potential. Any questions feel free to ask;)

Happy New Year!  I visited this “casa de pueblo” just before Xmas in the lovely little village of  #Bolulla , ( #Alicante ) located about 20 minutes drive from the coast of  #Altea . The property is currently lived in but needing an update, plus the top floor needs to be finished (either opened up or closed in).
