Leitza, Navarra - €100,000

So some ten days ago I shared an article in my blog listing the ten candidate towns in Spain with aspirations of being the capital of rural tourism in 2020. Last week I listed five properties in five of the towns, this week I will continue the theme and today we start with Leitza in Navarra, surrounded by mountains, forests and valleys. Finding property in such stunning locations isn’t always easy which explains why the property, in need of a reform, might be uninspiring based on the photos, but the location is exceptional. The apartment is 4 bedrooms, needs updating and is priced at 100.000€. However just 15kms away in a neighbouring town, I found a wonderful stone built house with 600m2 build area priced at 39.000€ (check out the last two photos here).

Happy New Year!  I visited this “casa de pueblo” just before Xmas in the lovely little village of  #Bolulla , ( #Alicante ) located about 20 minutes drive from the coast of  #Altea . The property is currently lived in but needing an update, plus the top floor needs to be finished (either opened up or closed in).
