Cheap Spanish Homes - Welcome and Bienvenidos

So as the title suggests, this blog is all about Cheap Spanish Homes priced for sale at less than 100,000€, an overlooked segment of the Spanish property market. Why is that? Well, various reasons but the main reason is that the margins are just too small. However, my experience (as a real estate agent in Spain for over 18 years and residen there even longer) tells me this is an area with huge potential so let’s see.
My intention is to share one property a day which is offered for sale and costs less than 100,000 € - it could be anywhere in #Spain though I will specialize in those locations that I have maybe visited or are rated highly as areas of stunning beauty.
Finally, I will be recommending property from various real estate agents throughout Spain, one day it could be a property in the mountains of Madrid, another in Asturias in the north, then perhaps inland Valencia or a cave in Granada, they are usually not properties I have for sale via Ultimate Homes though I will always disclose if they are!
