A new property listing under 100K - this is located in the pretty village of  #Benimeli  in the north of the province of  #Alicante  and only 15kms from the coastline and city of  #Denia . It’s just under 100 kms to the major cities of  #Alicante  and  #Valencia . The house is perfectly habitable but could do with a kitchen update, and most importantly it has outdoor space with a great roof terrace, from which you can enjoy the views and a glass of chilled wine during the long summer evenings. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus lounge and kitchen. Price 65.000€ plus taxes.

Happy New Year!  I visited this “casa de pueblo” just before Xmas in the lovely little village of  #Bolulla , ( #Alicante ) located about 20 minutes drive from the coast of  #Altea . The property is currently lived in but needing an update, plus the top floor needs to be finished (either opened up or closed in). Here’s a cosy little townhouse in Xativa  in the Valencia  region, a town with a very rich history and castle to prove it. The property has been almost entirely reformed, it’s distributed over three floors with a kitchen and lounge plus guest wc on the ground floor, a bedroom with shower room in the first floor and then another bedroom leading to a roof terrace on the upper floor. As well as culture, I always remember great food on trips to Xativa so not to be missed.  

  So today being the “Day of Asturias”  #diadeasturias , I’ve come up with a pretty home in Asturias, i n a village called Soto del Barco  located by the Rio Nalon and close to the beaches of San Juan de la Arena . The property is priced at 96,000€ plus purchase taxes, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all in pretty good condition. Not my property listing but delighted to help, it’s a lovely part of  #Spain !

#Chulilla ,  #Valencia  40,000€. A gem of a property in a stunning location. Yes, it needs a lot if work but it has space (176 sq.meters) so lots of possibilities plus a roof terrace with mountain and castle views. Not my listing but happy to help.

Summer holidays are over so let’s see what gems we can uncover. Today’s property is in Alcalá del Júcar  in the province of Albacete . The house was reformed in 2005 and could be used for personal or holiday lettings as this is a very desirable location.
